William and Cheyenne White - Team Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief Fund
William and Cheyenne White lost their home in the July 2022 flooding in eastern Kentucky. In May 2023, they moved into their new house, which was built by Housing Development Alliance with support from the Team Eastern Kentucky Flood Relief Fund.
We sat down with Heather Akins (Stockton Mortgage), Katelyn Watkins (Ruoff Mortgage), and Kay Smith (KHC) to learn their stories, to find out what homeownership means to them and to see why they found their home in the mortgage lending field.
