With assistance from two KHC programs (Down-payment Assistance and Mortgage Revenue Bond), Austin and Cassie were able to afford their first house, which is near family in central Kentucky.
Elisabeth and Logan's dream of finding a suitable and affordable home for their family came true with the help of Cassie Beach and Kyle Best. Through the MRB program, they secured a fixed-rate mortgage and received exceptional service throughout the process.
