Joey and Joyce - USDA Loan

A few years ago, Joey and Joyce decided that they wanted to move back to Kentucky to live in the community where Joey grew up. For their first few years here, they rented a house from family, but the ultimate goal was to buy a place of their own.

They spoke with Kyle Best from Geneva Financial, and learned that they could get a USDA loan with an impressively low rate of 6% and that they wouldn't have to put any money down, so this November, after 30 years of renting, they finally bought the perfect place.

They plan to move in this winter, but, said Joey, they will wait until the spring and summer to paint and work in the yard. For now, they will just enjoy having a house of their own again.
